Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to everything you send through CumuloNimbus, including LLM router traffic. Violating it may lead to suspension or termination, and, where the law requires, a report to authorities.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the service to create, request, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law and preserve the related records.
- Sexual content that is non-consensual, or that sexualizes a real identifiable person without consent.
- Hate and discrimination: content that demeans or incites hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
- Violence and threats: credible threats, incitement, or glorification of violence against people.
- Dangerous or criminal content: instructions that materially facilitate serious harm (weapons, explosives, malware, fraud, trafficking).
- Self-harm: content that promotes or provides instructions for suicide or self-harm.
You also may not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (for example, using the LLM router as an open relay for third-party traffic, evading rate limits, or reselling access in violation of these terms).
Upstream provider policies (flow-down)
Router traffic is forwarded to third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral). Your use must also comply with each provider's own usage policies for the models your traffic reaches. A use that those providers prohibit is prohibited here.
Automated enforcement
We use automated classification to help enforce this policy; see thePrivacy Policy for what that involves and what is retained.
